We do not collect payment information, identity numbers, or sensitive personal information through this website. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or behavioural analytics tools.

Personal information submitted through this website is collected solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Determine whether a professional relationship is appropriate
- Send you an automated acknowledgement of receipt
We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you separately consent to this.
4. How We Process Your Information
Enquiry data is transmitted via Microsoft Power Automate to our secure Microsoft 365 environment and stored in our email systems. We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to fulfil a mandate you have instructed us on (for example, engaging a separately mandated legal practitioner).
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
5. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for a period of five (5) years from the date of receipt, consistent with standard professional services record-keeping requirements. Where no professional relationship arises, information is deleted within 12 months of the last communication.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. Our email infrastructure is hosted within the Microsoft 365 environment, which maintains ISO 27001 certification and complies with applicable data protection standards.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), you have the right to:
- Be notified that your personal information is being collected
- Access your personal information held by us
- Request correction or deletion of inaccurate information
